Where to eat in Cannes

1. L'Affable Restaurant : What to order ---  Red wine Chateau Jonqueyres "Cuvee Dorothee" with marinated salmon; Cod with aioli and mixed vegetables; Traditional raw beef tartare, topped with arugula and pine nuts; Grand Marnier souffle with orange-butter sauce. The specialty of the house!

Akwaba (Eden Hotel) : What to order --- Parfum Nicoise: tatin d'oignon confit, petits farcis, mesclun; Brochette de Filet de Poulet a la Marocaine, Semoule a l'Orientale; Fritto Misto, Sauce Tartare et Riz Sauvage; Trilogie de Fondants (chocolate, chestnut, and chocolate with a white chocolate heart), Glace Artisanale Chocolat Blanc.
