Easter Cooking

This Easter week, I cook a variety of seasonal treats. I also used my left over hard-boiled eggs in very creative ways. Everything was supremely delicious!!!


Breakfast: Homemade Gravlax, Ciabatta-Cream Cheese Toast, Strawberry-Banana Smoothie.


Amuse Bouche: Greek Lamb Meatball, Fried Sage, Saffron Aioli


Mid-morning Snack: Chocolate Chip Cookies


Cream of carrot soup with sage and chives!


Chicken Tapenade-Arugula Sandwich on Homemade Ciabatta Loaf


Egg Coloring is always a fun activity

Lamb Leg with couscous, eggplant, feta, rosemary, tomatoes

Beluga lentils with sausage, fried sage, and Italian Rosso.

Lunch to go: mint-rice pilaf, homemade lamb sausage, saffron aioli


Freshly baked bagels with sesame seeds


Whole wheat pizza, pesto, tomato, Florida pink shrimp, arugula, pine nuts.


Fudgy brownies served in an egg-shaped plate


Cream cheese, gravlax, hard-boiled eggs, capers, tomato. Strawberry shake!

Country Salad: eggplant, red and green peppers, pine nuts, summer squash, goat cheese

Lunch for me: farfalle, ahi tuna, radish, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, kalamata. Goat cheese-ciabatta toast :)


Favorite bread: Chocolate Babka, beautiful shape!!!

Strawberry-chocolate-hazelnuts and oat-crust. Heaven.


Easter Breakfast for two. Very romantic, pretty, and tasty!

Deviled Eggs (gravlax, capers, greek yogurt), bagels, tea, and smoothie!


My twist on classic Tuna Nicoise Salad: roasted radishes!, arugula, green beans, seared tuna steak.


Goat cheese smashed potatoes, sauteed shrimps, saffron aioli, micro greens.


Peanut butter icebox cookie, chocolate tart, hazelnuts. So good...


Cavatappi, canned tuna, green beans, balsamic dressing!


Date Dinner: sexy wine glasses, elegant dish.


Easter breakfast is not complete without avocado slices
