Breakfast is the most important meal of the day!

Breakfast fills you with energy for the rest of the day. It is important to eat a well-balanced meal each morning. You can find a variety of ideas here, everything is made from scratch and with a lot of love for my husband!



Crepe with peanut butter and strawberry jelly. Served with Chocolate Shake!


The P & J crepe is rolled and sprinkled with powder suger. Delish!


Israeli couscous with butter, honey, and feta cheese. Back to my childhood.


Classic American: Bagels two ways (cream cheese and jelly; peanut butter and jelly)


Licuado de Mango, molletes, y avocado. Viva Mexico!


Homemade Gravlax, green apple carpaccio, my potato bread with cream cheese


Molletes on Potato bread: refried pinto beans, mozzarella cheese, chili oil, and tomato slices
