Where to eat in Nancy

1. Les Agaves (Mercury Hotel) : What to order --- Amuse-bouche for lunch: tapenade with toasted baguette; Carpaccio de saumon at crudites d'automne (it had wasabi dressing, caviar, beets, and cucumbers); Dorade etuvee aux petits legumes natures; Raviolis aux epinards, sauce bolognaise faite maison; Almond tuiles, mandarines, and chocolates; Tarta de pera con helado de pistaches, caramel sauce & amaretto.
