Where to eat in Sofia

1. Shades of Red (Grand Hotel Sofia) : What to order --- The amuse-bouche (a pair of bruschettas); Salad frisee, arugula, iceberg, tomatoes, cream cheese on the bottom, radishes, etc.;  "Coq au vin" (wine stewed chicken with vegetables served on top of steamed rice); Grilled tuna fish with Marchand de Vin sauce served with bouquet of vegetables and cauliflower puree (the sauce had blueberries and balsamic reduction); The Cheese course; Almond cake with marinated prunes and light cream :)
