During the Spring Season, I like to cook meals prepared with garden-fresh ingredients. This week I made so many pretty dishes. Hopefully, you will like them!

Chicken puttanesca pizza (capers, kalamatas, pepper flakes)
Salmon, dill-yogurt sauce, baked summer squash, arugula-pine nut couscous
Bagel sushi: gravlax, cream cheese, nori, and ponzu sauce
Brunch time: sushi with homemade Mimosas (orange juice and champagne)
Homemade burgers: my potato bun, sun-dried and feta chicken patties, chive aioli, arugula, peppers
