Tilapia with pinto beans salad over basmati rice


Tilapia with pinto beans
 This dish is perfect for busy nights. We love basmati rice! Aromatic and delicate, it makes a perfect bed for my grilled tilapia. To add more colors and nutrients, I serve it with pinto beans and orange pepper salad. Pinot Grigio is a nice pairing, because of its crispness, mid-palate balance, and clean finish!
