One of the best Italian desserts is Tiramisu. You can find it almost in every dessert menu nowadays. However, I make it from scratch. I bake my own ladyfingers cookies. I drizzle them with espresso coffee and I layered them between a mixture of fine creamy cheeses. On the top, I dust cocoa powder and I add a salted-chocolate-almond bark. The chocolate bark is easy to prepare and it adds so much mocha flavor. My husband loves it. In the last month, I have made 3 batches of this unique dessert. Beautiful!
