Homemade ladyfingers

If you go to your grocery store, you will find two types of ladyfingers: the crunchy kind and the soft, sponge cake-like kind. For tiramisu, I like to prepare the soft kind, because it absorbs very nicely the coffee syrup. The shape of the cookies doesn't really matter, since they are going to be hidden in the dessert :)
