Tilapia piccata over orzo pasta


Tilapia piccata

At home, we eat mostly fish. Tilapia has very mild flavor and needs some enhancement to satisfy the paladar. I like this version of tilapia piccata. It is cooked and then drizzled with white wine and lemon sauce. Topped with salty capers and served on a bed of orzo pasta tossed with good quality olive oil. Easy and spectacular :)
