Gravlax Sushi



Bagel sushi rolls

 When I am craving sushi, I like to prepare these "bagel" style rolls. I first make sticky rice, then fill it with neufchatel cheese, my homemade gravlax, and I roll them in nori sheets. The sushis can be made without the nori sheets, as you can see in this plate presentation. This is really a Californian sushi experience :)
