1. Disini Restaurant and Spa (Castries) : What to order ---  Vol au vent a la brandade de morue (A delicious pastry filled with creamy fish and asparagus); Filet de bar, petit legume; "Croquant au chocolat & glacee" (it is like a semi-freddo);

2. Le Petit Jardin : What to order --- Amuse-bouche (fried risotto); Salade du Petit Jardin selon l'inspiration du chef (it had fois gras and sweetly dressed salad); Les fromages affines & petite salade; Filet de rouget (red millet) facon escabeche tiede, served with quinoa; Surprise au chocolat Valhrona with raspberry filling, mousse in shot, choco ice cream;
