Tilapia-Tapenade Sandwiches



Tilapia-Tapenade Sandwiches. The mixture of kalamata olives, feta cheese, and roasted red peppers, creates a fabulous bed for a grilled tilapia a la provencal and slices of juicy tomatoes. To round it, crunchy oven fries and organic ketchup. My pecan-oat bread is the perfect canvas :) Sunday brunch can not be better than that!
