Mini roasted pear creme brulee tarts. These are my new "sweet dreams" creations. The flaky pastry, the pastry cream, and the caramelized pears make the perfect marriage. Add a little almond-chocolate bark and you are ready for the ultimate indulgence! Serve with hot tea for a special treat :)

All American dinner: mini chicken meat loaves (filled with mushrooms, onions, panko, ketchup, egg, and ground chicken), mashed potatoes, and flaky biscuit. No leftovers! It was prepared just as it should be!

Tilapia-Tapenade Sandwiches. The mixture of kalamata olives, feta cheese, and roasted red peppers, creates a fabulous bed for a grilled tilapia a la provencal and slices of juicy tomatoes. To round it, crunchy oven fries and organic ketchup. My pecan-oat bread is the perfect canvas :) Sunday brunch can not be better than that!
