Where to eat in Houston

1. Le Grand Comptoir (Terminal C, IAH Bush International Airport) : What to order --- If you are travelling to Houston or if your flight has a stop at the International Airport, go to Terminal C and enjoy a gourmet airport meal at this wine bar. They have a big list of wine and a full menu, including flatbreads. So, we shared the Buffalo Mozzarella Margherita Flatbread. It is DELICIOUS. Only few ingredients make the perfect combination: vine ripened tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, topped with fresh basil chiffonade, dried oregano, served on a traditional oven baked, thin, and crispy flatbread crust. The tomatoes were so sweet and ripe. To pair it, we ordered two glasses of Rosenbloom Zinfandel. It is a medium-bodied red wine, which does not overpower the mild pizza and complements perfectly the dried oregano and the creamy cheese.
