Good morning, sunshine!

Each morning, I prepare a nice breakfast for my husband and me. The key is to eat a variery of foods, not the same thing each day. Here I am showing some ideas. Sometimes I make homemade tortillas and fill them with any melting cheese. I top them with hot salsa and the mission is accomplished!

My husband loves Mexican chorizo, so I learned how to make a homemade beef and pork sausage. For quick breakfast, I bake it in my toaster oven, then slice it and arrange it on hot home biscuits. Some slices of avocado add color and more nutrition to the table.
